Land and Building Program

We are beginning to look for a more permanent home in the Uniontown area for our shelter. We need 2-4 acres of ground with easy access, public water and sewage, and appropriate zoning (probably A1). A building suitable for use as a shelter would also be nice. We are a volunteer organization and so we need something that we can afford. ACTIVITIES INCLUDED:

Locating and securing land for no-kill shelter
Preparing a Business Plan for building and operating the no-kill shelter
Building or securing appropriate building for shelter
Preparing an operating budget for the shelter
Networking with community leaders and organizations
Locating an interim office for the Fayette Friends of Animals
Setting up the interim office, including secretarial support
