Warning Message:...Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am PST
Wednesday...
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 am PST
Wednesday. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am
PST Wednesday. 
Snowfall is possible at times tonight through early Wednesday.
The snow level will lower to 3000 feet late tonight through early
Wednesday.
Snow accumulations of less than 4 inches are possible on the
Desert Valley floors. Much heavier snow amounts are expected
above 3000 feet along the north slopes of the San Bernardino
north slopes.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring.  Significant amounts of
snow are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in
an emergency. If you must travel...keep an extra flashlight...
food...and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.

Warning Message:At 420 PM PST heavy rain was moving through Orange County and the 
northern inland Empire. This rain will continue to move slowly 
eastward late this afternoon...into the southern inland Empire and 
San Diego County. This heavy rain on saturated ground will produce 
local flooding in low lying areas.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on
small creeks and streams...and
