Whenever possible, we prefer using email for claims and inspection reports. All our photos are digital. By sending digital photos by email, you get high quality color photos that help you make better decisions for your adjustments. We use a special photo compression method that doesn’t overburden your email system. For instance, a typical inspection report with six photos uses only 365KB. When needed, we have a computerized fax system that assures you receive high quality facsimile copy.
