Initiated Neighborhood Compatibility public meetings
Conceived and produced Fundraiser Follies to support local events.
Began “Shop Local” promotion of individual businesses at Council meetings.
Developed productive working relationships with County, State and federal representatives.
Participated in formation of Destination 2000 and 2020 Vision Citizens' Committees.
Work cooperatively with other County mayors on issues of mutual interest.
Created and implemented two-tiered rent control for mobilehome parks. 
Advocate support for our fishing industry and harbor dredging fund
Established benefits for permanent part-time City employees.
Organized local Katrina Hurricane relief effort.

Completion of main fire station and establishment of part time service from North Morro Bay station.

Development projects that maintain our small town character.

Repair and replacement of our streets and storm drains.

Establishment of a permanent off-leash dogpark.

Continued support for our fishing industry.
