Cogitatio Sancta

by Fr. Bruno Cocuzzi, O.C.D.

(We borrow the title of this section from the Carmelite Rule, wherein we find the exhortation: "muniendum est pectus cogitationibus sanctis, scriptum est enim: Cogitatio sancta servabit te" - "let your heart be fortified with holy thoughts, for it is written: A holy thought shall preserve thee.")
