Energy Plus is a multi-service facility management company. We provide energy management and conservation services and energy-related products to commercial and industrial customers.

We provide the optimum solution for resolution of energy-related problems for our customers. This approach of seeking the best technical solution for individual customer needs make us "vendor-neutral". This sets Energy Plus Associates apart from other energy service providers in a unique fashion.

Energy Plus manages the entire facility upgrade for you, leaving you free to run your core business. You will have one point of contact, our Senior Project Manager. While the project manager may draw on other resources to run the project, you need only call one person with all your questions or concerns.

Running a project is often a complex process. What Energy Plus can do for you:

GETTING STARTED

Once the customer has realized that he or she can potentially lower operating cost with a facility upgrade, we typically schedule an energy audit. The audit begins with a basic walk-through process, where our auditor makes notes on all the energy consuming equipment on the customer’s property.

If it appears that there is an opportunity for cost saving measures to be taken, a formal energy audit is scheduled. The purpose of this audit is to determine more accurately where the savings can be realized and prioritizing them in their order of effectiveness.

Energy Audit
