BRIEF BIOGRAPHICAL SYNOPSIS
Avarek is one of two surviving sons of Valek. The sons of a Da'har Master, Horek and Avarek are skilled wielders of the Bat'leth and dk'tagh, traditional Klingon weapons. His elder brother, Horek, is currently serving in the Imperial Intelligence branch of the Klingon Security Forces. Avarek received training in and joined the same division not long after his brother. After an undefined time in Imperial Intelligence, Avarek was allowed to transfer into standard Klingon military service. Avarek worked his way up to Sogh ( equivalent Junior Lieutenant ) on the Jaq'Hom before transferring to the NavDon and advanced to the Klingon rank of La' ( equivalent full Commander ). From there Avarek joined the research & development department of and worked on several projects for the Klingon Empire before familiarizing himself with the new jey'naS class battle carrier, driven to aid in the war with the ISC and their allies. Avarek's father, the Da'har Master of hurQ'La'veng, and House Ty'ocH continues to hold an honorable reputation on the Klingon homeworld.
