Antimatter Plasma Torpedoes/Torpedo Tubes:
These torpedo tubes are of Romulan design and have only been modified to make the weapon system more efficient and less prone to energy feedback. The torpedoes consist of small but powerful force field generators which establish small but very powerful force fields around themselves and two much larger concentric force fields with radiuses of about ninety and one hundred meters each. The two inner force fields are specially polarized to deflect antimatter particles. (Note that if the two force fields are not polarized correctly due to a systems malfunction when the antimatter is loaded between the two inner force fields the antimatter will react with the force fields and the ship causing an explosion that could cascade back to the warp core and cause serious problems. The odds on this are 1 in 2,000 so the torpedoes used by these weapons systems should be carefully inspected and kept in a high state of maintenance.) The weapon system then establishes a field bridge through the two outer force fields and vents antimatter into the torpedo with antimatter from the ship's antimatter fuel supply. The weapon system then seals up the hole in the middle force field and maintains the field bridge through the outer force field. The weapon system then vents plasma from the ship's impulse engines into the empty shell between the middle and outer force fields. Once this is done the outer force field bridge is sealed up and the torpedo is ready for launch. These weapon systems cause an excessive power drain on the ship because of their direct feed from the antimatter fuel supply. So if an attempt to attack with it while under cloak is to be made all other weapons and shielding must be offline to provide the necessary power. Because of the direct feed from the antimatter fuel supply any ship that carries these weapon systems must be sure to carry more than the normal supply of reserve antimatter. The AP torpedoes use the plasma inside of them after launch to propel themselves toward their target while using the standard Romulan guidance system normally placed on normal plasma torpedoes. This is accomplished by venting the plasma to move the torpedo in the required direction. The torpedoes will vent their plasma until it runs out and then begin venting antimatter for propulsion. Because of this drain on the torpedoes they will dissipate after traveling a set distance like any normal plasma torpedo. Because of the explosive nature of the antimatter tail that trails behind them when venting antimatter for propulsion, small backfiring explosions may accelerate and will definitely degrade the torpedoes faster in gas clouds, dust storms, and asteroid fields where lots of debris and rocks float about. These factors tend to reduce the range of the torpedoes despite any speed enhancements that might come from these backfires. Because these torpedoes are antimatter material in the center, when they impact with shielding it will react with the shielding since all shielding is composed of matter in some form or another. This has the effect of causing bleed through in the shielding where even though the shields may hold, some damage will still be done to the hull in the vicinity anyway. If it happens to collide with the hull through a downed shield then things get really interesting as the antimatter literally destroys an equal amount of matter while most likely causing some collateral damage as systems explode, fires start, and decompression of the affected decks occurs. These weapons are very effective, very dangerous, and consume antimatter in large quantities. These weapon systems are best used in dire circumstances or when the odds are against the ship since antimatter is the lifeblood of any ship and without it warp travel is impossible unless a new source of antimatter can be found.

Autonomous AI (Experimental):
The Autonomous AI is an experimental advancement in computer processing and neural network design. The Autonomous AI was made possible through access to Federation research on the subject and limited Klingon research. The Autonomous AI is basically a computer add on module that can be activated to give the ship's computer more functionality and learning capabilities as well as the ability to defend itself from unauthorized users who would try to bypass its security protocols and take control of the ship.

Bio-metallic Hull:
A Bio-metallic alloy comprised of Duranium/Tritanium and a hard living material that when combined provides better protection than Dominion Variethiel metal and has regenerative qualities that allow it to heal over time provided it continues to receive nutrients from the Bio-metal Feeder Assemblies which sustain the living hull.

Bio-metal Feeder Assembly:
This is what keeps the Bio-metal hull alive, strong, and healthy. It takes power from the ship and uses replication technology combined with a microtubule network of pathways throughout the Bio-metal hull to create and deliver the nutrients the Bio-metal needs to survive. While this might be seen as an excessive power drain and a waste of ship's resources by those without the numbers in their hands the drain is only five percent of the total ship's power consumption. This number may jump to as high as ten percent but only after a battle when the hull needs more energy to regenerate from hull breaches and other damage.

Bio-metallic Reactive Armor:
This a variant on Federation ablative armor but designed with Bio-metallic materials. The Armor itself is brittle and will grow back after enough time has elapsed to do so. The ablative armor is designed to break away and prevent damage from being caused to the main hull. The brittleness is achieved by keeping its food supply from the Bio-metal feeder assemblies down to one quarter the normal amount. This is accomplished by using micro-capillary tubules which increase the amount of time required for nutrients to reach the ablative armor. It is also separated from the main hull by a very thin layer of sticky biological goo created by the hull.

Modified Cloaking Device:
This modified cloaking device allows the maQmIgh-A to fire while cloaked. Although due to power constraints not all weapons may be fired while under cloak. The number of weapons that may be fired also depends on which weapons are being used. The device also deploys a counter-measure interference signal which attemtps to fool enemy targetting computers when they attempt to triangulate the ship's position after it fires.

Time Displacement Equipment:
The Time Displacement Equipment generates a chronoton field that permeates the entire ship and then transports it to whatever point in time has been programmed into it before activation. The equipment has proven to be highly dangerous and experimental in design. It is thought that the equipment could also be used as a shield against temporal paradoxes thereby allowing the vessel to remain untouched by time itself. This is not entirely practical as people would have to leave the ship and would ultimately be affected by any changes in the timeline.
