Powder Keg is an a capella quartet in the great tradition of barbershop harmony. Each member is affiliated with Sweet Adelines International, the largest organization for barbershop performance and education in the Universe. In addition, each member has experience singing in various other quartets. In fact, all four of the girls have been members of quartets that have won Sweet Adelines Region 23 top honors. Region 23 includes quartets and choruses from Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle.
All told, the girls have a combined 745 years of experience singing barbershop music, all of which they will bring to bear when called upon to entertain you. They are available for birthdays, anniversaries, ship christenings, bar and bat mitzvahs, raging keggers, strip mall openings, cup cake wars, exorcisms, club meetings, sporting events - you name it!
