Permitting
All projects require some level of permitting. Careful
analysis and presentation can sometimes eliminate the need for an EIR
requirement. GWC can obtain any necessary permits for your project. GWC
has been involved in the NEPA and CEQA permitting of large projects since
1994. We have solely permitted complex projects such as in-stream gravel
extraction, rock-quarry development, and others. Agencies we have successfully
obtained permits or permit consultation include:
- U.S. Army Corp of Engineers
- NOAH Fisheries
- US Fish and Wildlife Service
- California Coastal Commission
- California Dept. of Fish and Game
- California Northcoast Regional Water Quality Board
