George Mayhew first talked me into dabbling with HTML, as well as introducing me to BBEdit as the editing tool of choice. My son Ben actually beat me with a presence on the web while I started playing around to teach myself the rudiments. I've done some site maintainance and content work on our web site at work over the years, but these pages represent my first organised attempt at building a site from scratch. This version is (perhaps obviously) inspired by Paramount Pictures' official Star Trek site -- imitation is, after all, the sincerest form of flattery.
