The Annual Plunkett Family Gift to Charity
  established December 25th, 2008

Each year during the Winter Solstice celebrations a member of the Plunkett family will receive the lovely Collectible (see photo at left) associated with this Gift to Charity, and will retain custody for the ensuing year. The recipient will pick a deserving charity for that year, and forward the accompanying donation to said charity.

According to the rules, the Collectible must be prominently displayed in the recipient's home or workplace (for any length of time they deem appropriate), with photographic evidence submitted for publication on this page. The Collectible is to be re-gifted the next year, along with a check for the new recipient to donate to the charity of his or her choice. It should be noted that the rules do allow the recipient to keep the Collectible if they truly fall in love with it, in which case it must be replaced with something of equal or greater value).

No one else in the family has a page (that I know about). As I get the time and information, I will develop this page as a source of family information, links, etc...
