William Gleason Barbin, Esq.

     I have been with the law firm since admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1979.  I engage in the General Practice of Law here in Johnstown Pennsylvania and the surrounding counties.   While I handle many different types of legal matters,  I have concentrated more and more on matters dealing with local  governments,  development, permits and approvals over the years.  I have experience with environmental matters and regulatory issues.
