INGREDIENTS
1 (2 ounce) bacon bits
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Serve warm with crackers.


INGREDIENTS
4 cups diced potatoes
3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth with roasted garlic
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 cups of whipping cream
6 tablespoons butter, melted
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
In a large pot, bring potatoes to a boil in 3 cans of broth. Cook until potatoes are tender, 15 minutes. Drain and reserve liquid.
Combine reserved broth, whipping cream, butter, flour, and half-and-half in pot. Stir until thickened. Stir in bouillon and pepper. Put potatoes in and heat through and serve.
