MS Outlook

Persistent emails where adding to the junk email sender list fails.   Look at the header data and block from there. 

Go to your Inbox, right click the message, left click Options.  Try blocking the address that follows "Return Path", "Originating email" and "From" in brackets.  If that fails, block the originating IP address.
