Additional Cabin Information
The rent is $100.00 per night from Sunday through Thursday. $125.00 per night for Friday and Saturday.
2 night minimum.
$600 per week and monthly rates would be negotiated.
The house sleeps 11.
Downstairs carpeted bedroom has a set of bunk beds, closet and chest of drawers.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The smaller bedroom has two single beds and a dresser.
The large carpeted bedroom upstairs has a double bed and a single roll away bed.
The 13x22 carpeted living room has cable TV., VCR, and has (2) double hide-a-beds.
The completely furnished kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, small appliances, and all cooking utensils. There is also a separate dining room.
The bathroom has a shower/tub. All towels and linens are furnished.
The laundry room has washer/dryer.
Wakefield is located in the western Upper Peninsula.
There is ample room for parking and a large garage.
Pets are negotiable.
Grandpa's House is located near (4) major ski hills, cross country trails, and has direct access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails.
The cabin has an electric fireplace in the living room.
