People who are overtly hostile. They make me want to make a pre-emptive strike. My father is the prototype for this kind of person.

Officious people who think your business is their busyness (sic). My brother is the prototype here.

Uncaring people who feel it isn't their job though it is often the job they are being paid to do. It has taken me awhile to realize that my mother is the prototype for this kind of do-nothing person. This is not the same as a person who does not have the authority to act.

Businesses and organizations which place responsibility upon their agents without giving the authority to carry out those responsibilities.
