League Games Game Day Please arrive 45 minutes before game time. Players must have a good carbohydrate meal before game, but must not eat 1 hour before game time. ** Please be sure to have your COMPLETE uniform (home & away jersey's, proper colored shorts and socks). Snack Schedule The snack schedule is posted below for games. Please be aware of your day to bring snacks/drinks. If you cannot make the game that you are scheduled to bring snacks/drinks, please contact someone to bring it for you. Example of proper drinks/ snacks Snacks - Sliced Oranges / Banana's / Grapes / Apples Drinks - Gatorade / Water / Powerade
