The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes is a union 
representing the rights of rail workers who build and maintain 
the track and structures on the railroads in the 
  United States and Canada.  

The Burlington System Division and Lodge 1214 are two of many
 system  federations and subordinate lodges that comprise
 the BMWE.
