Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cabaret, Haiti	What Can I Do To Help Our Sister Parish?	Pere Guy Chrispin Pastor of OLMC

Pray! (see the Prayer for the People of Haiti on our homepage) Fundraising (ideas and implementation) Packing and transporting items for shipment to Cabaret (once a year in March/April) Communications/Publicity Organize educational programs for adults, CFF, CYO, and college students Visit Haiti (this is a great experience in relationship building and sharing!) Organize activities for Pere Guy's visits to St. Michael's Recruit people to give donations Help with our Sleepmats for Haiti project - only basic sewing skills are needed Make simple beaded rosaries for members of our sister parish What are your talents or interests? For example, developing microenterprise projects, health care/medical teams, adopt-a-family programs, grant writing, or water quality/sanitation initiatives?

Please contact the Haiti Committee (Lynn Abernethy 887-3514 or by email) if you are interested in helping in any of these ways or if you have other ideas for helping the people of OLMC.
