At the Cloister of Storms zone, at the place near where you land after taking a certain drop, or at blood ball room.  In blood ball room, you must be aware of a NM goobbue that pops on the far western side and may aggro through sneak.  Be aware of the potential for water elemental spawns, they are comparable in level range among the mobs that you are chaining but they require a manaburn party in order to take them out as they resist physical attacks (except elemental-based weaponskills and Spirits Within).

Marid will spam a TP move that pops a EM-VT Chigoe.  A single WS or a Tier IV nuke will kill the Chigoe.  Chigoes that "fall to the ground" do not yield XP.  It is possible to get up to chain 20+ on a single marid from the chigoe spawns.
