Once you have left the Eagle labyrinth, go across the bridge and go south.  Keep going south until you had reached the second-to-last scene.  Then go right two scenes and get the blue candle.  If you don't have 60 rupies, go one scene right and plant a bomb in the center of the wall for a secret cave.  Go inside that cave and talk to the Moblin.  There, you will receive 30 rupies.  Then get the candle.

Near the labyrinth, there is a fairy in a spring.  There, get your life filled up.  Then stake off to the place in your map and good luck.
