South from the location where you get medicine, is the Manji Labyrinth.  This place is a little tougher than the first two labyrinths.

There are several rooms where Zols roam.  The Zols usually carry 5 rupies, so go after them for some quick cash.  Then go up and take care of more Zols.

Now go left, and there are a room full of Darknuts.  The only way you can damage Darknuts is from the side, from behind, or by bombs.  Even though Bombs don't work quite as well on the Darknuts as they do on most other enemies, the Bombs make Link's job much easier when it comes into using the White Sword to eliminate them.  There are seven Darknuts in that room -- all of them must be wiped out, so be prepared to use the Medicine if you must.

Once the south door opens after that last Darknut is eliminated, go through that door, and make your break for the passageway.  In that passageway is the raft.  Once that raft has been obtained, return to the middle room (where you battled a second set of Zols earlier).  This time go east.  In that room, plant a bomb in the east wall.  Trick the traps and get through that wall after taking out the enemies in that room.

In the next room is Manhandla.  Though anything works against this flying man-eating flower, the best trick is to try to get a bomb to blow up in Manhandla's center -- Manhandla will be eliminated if that bomb is placed correctly.  Else, Manhandla will lose petals and become faster, thus making it difficult for Link to finish matters.

When Manhandla is gone, take the container heart and go through the door that just opened for the Triforce fragment.
