Okay, so I'm guessing you're gonna want to know a little about me, huh? Otherwise, you wouldn't have clicked on this link! Or are you just extremely lost...

How I got my name: I become more powerful the darker it is. I don't know how or why or anything... Now, that doesn't mean that I am weak in the light! I just am not AS strong! Believe me! I can still kick anyone's grass at the break of dawn! just give me someone to use as a punching bag! But even before that, my nickname was given to me by Zolo. When I was six, I traveled to the dojo he was training at. I demanded to spar someone, preferably Zolo. However, seeing that I was so young, I was to spar against a boy of six by the sensei. I took the boy out quickly, both Zolo and the sensei were impressed. Zolo invited me to train alongside of him and I accepted. On our first day of training alongside each other, he asked me my name. I figured that giving out my REAL name wouldn't be good if word got around of my power. I refused to tell him, so he called me Shadow on a count of I was mysterious to him and because of how I stuck by his side everywhere he went to train. I had already been a fan of the name Shadow and accepted it for over a year. When I left the dojo one night in secret, he was the only one who caught me. He tried to get me to stay, but I told him I had to go. From that moment on, I was referred to at the dojo as Shadow. I also used it on the road to cover up my true identity when I killed multiple Naval commanders and officers to avenge the death of my friend who had been thought of being a pirate by the Navy and was executed.    

When sailing the seas...

Anyway... as far as my personality goes... let's just say you don't wanna get on my bad side! I fight using two of the swords I designed, 'Shadow-fire' to boost my attack power and 'Shadow-ice' to up my defense. I also have the powers of the Blast-Blast Fruit. This gives me the power to shoot fire, ice, wind, water, earth, psychic energy, and electricity out of my hands, feet, etc. I am also known for my resourcefulness and ability to make any situation work to my advantage. So, I found a way to eat the Cursed Fruit and STILL be able to swim! I simply cooked the Blast-Blast with a special herb found only in Shadowtown. However, although the sea no longer renders my Cursed Fruit powers useless, Seastone DOES!!! I don't exactly know how to work my way around this... but BELIEVE ME!!!! I WILL find a way! My boyfriend is also my crewmate, Roronoa Zolo. I may come across to people as a force to NOT be reckoned with... and you'd be right! However, when hanging with a crew like MINE, a person tends to have their weird moments! At school and home...

Physical Description: Shadow doesn't look any different from any other teenaged girl. She is 5'4'' and has a scar on her upper right arm from a swordfight when she was 7. She is not as skinny as Nami or Robin, but her stomach is perfectly inline with her waist. Her hair naturally resembles fire, being more red at the top and more yellow (blonde) at the bottom. Another interesting trait (and mystery) is that she thrives in the dark. This is how she earned her nickname Shadow, 'The Midnight Terror'. Her powers increase in the dark, which is when she does most of her sneaking and stuff. Why this happens is a mystery even to her, but she has no complaints. She also has the power of a Cursed Fruit, the Blast-Blast Fruit. This fruit allows her the power to shoot fire, water, ice, wind, earth, electrical, and psychic power out of her body, such as her hands, feet, etc. Being as sneaky as she is though, she researched an herb that was said to make whoever ate it a better swimmer. She cooked the Blast-Blast with this herb and can still swim. However, she is still weak to Seastone.

Clothing: You won't ever see Shadow without her trademark clothes! She always is wearing a black T-shirt with pink flames at the bottom and on the sleeves. Her pants match her shirt. They are black flare pants with pink flames on the cuffs. When traveling by foot, she usually has her bandana on her head (much like Zoro does), but she may have it off if there is not many people around or maybe even sometimes while sailing. The bandana is also black with pink flames on the bottom, making her head look like it's on fire at times.

Likes/Dislikes: Shadow loves her swords. She welded them herself when she was only 8. She also loves her bandana and her outfit. She says that they express the way she feels whenever she battles: 'It burns with a passion that can never be extinguished.' But above all, Shadow loves her friends and will gladly risk her life for their safety. She shares a special bond with Zoro though. The two met when she was 7 years old and trained alongside each other for over a year. She met up with him on her 13th birthday and once more when she was 14 when she joined up with Luffy. As far as dislikes go, there is not alot. She hates the marines because they killed her best friend when she was falsely accused of being a pirate and therefore executed. She also hates people who harm innocent people or her friends. She also loves her ocarina which she plays when chilling out or to calm her friends or herself down.

Personality: Shadow is very nonchalant. Nothing really bothers her. However, she DOES have an extremely short fuse at times. Shadow's past has left her cautious on trusting people. It may take her a while to fully trust someone (if she hasn't heard of them before when she travels from town to town, listening in on people's conversations and learning about many people all over the world. She loves saying things to her friends in Spanish, just hoping they do not know what she said. If her friends are feeling downhearted or something, she will try to make them laugh with odd little remarks, songs, sayings, etc.

History: Shadow never knew her parents, but was watched over by Mihawk until she was 5. Her parents were murdered right after she was born, but why, where, and by who is not known. She only knows them from the broken picture frame at her house. Then, at 5, she began wielding two swords she had bought at a shop in her hometown with the money she inherited from her parents. She is self-trained since she had no one to train her. She left her hometown when she was 6, in search of someone to spar for extra money. She came to a dojo where men and boys learned and perfected swordplay. Shadow demanded to spar a boy of age 11 with green hair. The sensei set her up to spar another boy her age, fearing that a GIRL of her AGE should not be put up against such a strong opponent. The boy was taken out in a matter of seconds by Shadow's impressive techniques, agility, and power. This impressed the green haired boy and he asked her to join him in training. She accepted and learned that the boy's name was Roronoa Zolo. But, when asked her name, she would not respond, in fear that if her real name was revealed, it could lead to trouble if word of her impressive power got out. So, because of how she followed Zolo everywhere and how she suddenly appeared at the dojo one day and everything about her was a mystery, Zolo gave her the nickname Shadow. She had no objections and went by the name for years after. The two trained side by side for over a year, but never sparred once. One night, Shadow snuck away from the dojo. No one had noticed her leaving until a voice called out to her. She didn't turn around, knowing just who it was. "Don't try to stop me..." she replied, "I must leave now... Goodbye, Zolo..." She never looked back once. Shadow continued on, sparring even whole crews of grown men without so much as a scratch on her. The Navy placed a bounty of 20 million Berries on her head at the age of 7 because she was so dangerous. When her best friend was killed by the Navy when she was 9, she began to take out her anger on every Navy person she saw. This brought her bounty up to 50 million Berries by the time she was 10. On her 13th birthday, she went out to get something to eat at a local diner. "Are you Shadow?" a man asked, standing in the door of the diner. "Is it any of YOUR business?" she snapped, casually swirling around her drink. "I am Captain Chaser." the man replied, "And you, Shadow, must be captures!" "Blah, blah, blah... You're all talk." she sneered, "What makes YOU different from all those other Navy idiots who tried to capture me before? I CAN'T be captured, you're wasting your time." He rammed her against the wall, holding her by her neck. "You little punk!" he yelled, "I'll teach YOU to respect me!"  "Not likely!" she sneered. After a while, Chaser had the upper hand when he was about to catch her in a net made of Seastone. Someone attacked Chaser from behind before he could throw it though. This mysterious man, avenging the name Shadow, was known to Shadow. It was none other than Roronoa Zolo. Shadow thanked him for backing her up and left quickly, thinking that he would not remember her from 7 years ago. Chaser was so mad that he had failed to capture Shadow that he demanded her bounty be raised to 120 million Berries. Shadow loved her new bounty and said it was one of the greatest birthday presents she had ever gotten. To this day, her bounty still stands at 120 million Berries.
