Our Blazing star's are almost in full bloom!  They are a sight to see.  Walk to the kiosk & pickup a Flower Identification Guide & head south along the main trail.  As you come to the first trail around you will see a mass of Blazing Stars!  Keep on walking past the oak groove toward the square of pines.  On the west side you will see a field of Blazing Star on the ridge!  Also,  near the square of pines.  You can walk our HSP & see some Blazing Star close - some more than others!  Perhaps - we should call the HSP "The Blazing Star Prairie?"  Hope you enjoy the pictures Max & I shot!
