Resources for Teachers of Basic Skills
In order to run certain programs on the Web, you will need a Java enabled browser. Java is run-time environment developed by Sun Microsystems Inc. that enables applets (miniprograms) to run on various computer platforms.
Many mainstream browsers include the necessary Java run-time, however Microsoft Windows XP does not. If necessary you may download the Java Plug-in for Windows XP.
