Bio
Gondo lived an ordinary samurai's life until his lord raped and then murdered his wife. In an attempt to conceal his crime, he tried to dispose of Gondo. Gondo fled with his son Hondo and became ronin. After wandering the land, he came to the attention of Shiba Kohashi, magistrate of Ryoko Owari and entered his service. Getting by using cleverness and cold steel in the city, he later apprehended Kohashi's murderer; but to no avail, he was once again ronin. Now in the service of Akodo Tsumado as a ji-samurai, he has pledged his service to Tsumado in return for Tsumado's promise to insure his son is raised as a bushi. Gondo is also kharmically tied to the now-dead Mirumot Hito, whose affinity for mystic swords he shares.
