Congratulations to Dorothy for coming in 30th in her division in the 20th
annual Seattle St. Patricks Dash!
Since she moved up 30 places this year over last year, next year she
should be in the winners circle!
More than 13,000 people ran, jogged, walked and crawled through a 3
1/2-mile course. The "most outrageous costume" award went to an
Olympia couple, each dressed as a pot of gold, with a rainbow of balloons
between them.
"Muscle through the turn, tear
away from the pack and feel a smile on your face that's so
ridiculous, it's a good thing you've got your helmet on". Ride
on.

Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis 2003
This years Jingle
Bell 5K run was windy and much chillier than last year! But
there were many hearty folks that turned out to support the
Arthritis Foundation.
