By submitting this form, you agree to the following statement:
“I agree to abide by 1) the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), 2) Either the General Sailing Instructions published by CBYRA OR Event Sailing Instructions published by the White Shoal Sailing Club, and 3) other rules that govern this event. In consideration of being permitted to enter this event, being knowledgeable of the risks of competitive sailing and knowing that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to enter or continue any race, I voluntarily assume the risk of participation in this event and release WSSC and the people conducting the event, from all liability in connection with any injury or damage that may occur.”
