Under Construction
Because of my own embarrassment of the first control panel, I have taken those pictures down.
I wanted the control panel to be laminated, but chose to stick with the color of the cabinet, and did 4 coats of primer, sanding in between coats with 320 grit sandpaper, 6 coats of coalmine black paint and dry sanding in between each coat with 1000 grit automotive sandpaper, and then 6 coats of clear satin polyurethane, wet sanding in between each coat with 1000 grit automotive sandpaper. So I was able to get an almost laminate style finish.

The control panel was modeled after the slik stik quad, in shape and layout. I did not want all the extra mouse buttons in the middle row, so all mouse, spinner, and black 4 way joystick buttons will be using the blue (1 player) buttons. Which is cost effective and a little bit less cluttered looking.

In the process of beginning the wiring. This is only half of the wiring, I still have to run a ground wire to every switch and then back to the I-pac or Opti-pac.

This is close up of the I-Pac and the Opti-Pac. I still have to wire the Oscar spinner and the Wico trackball, and then the 2 telephone jacks to the I-Pac for the Foosball and Ping Pong table switches.
