Step Nine: Home Made Corner Brackets, Side Bend

Once all 3 screws were attached, Using my rubber mallet, I slowly hammered each side piece around the metal frame.  It doesn't show it here, but once I got each side done, the diamond hung past the bottom of the frame, so I would mark it so that it was just above the floor and then remove the diamond and cut that piece off, and then screwed it back into place.
