four soccer games of note tonight:

1st, the Germans beat the snot out of Russia to move into the semifinals against USA in the 4:30pm match on Sunday (which some of us will BE AT!!!!)

Then St. Mary's played a nonleague tilt v Eagle Point and won 2-0...

as the evening drew on, Cascade Christian drew 1-1 with Ashland and up in PDX, the CANADIANS were knocking off China to earn a ticket against Sweden in the late game.

We will be behind the south goal (which tonight saw 6 of 7 German finishes, plus Hooper's 7th minute game winner for the Canucks). Let's hope the magic holds and that we get a treat on Sunday!
