The site is gearing up for summer and fall HS Soccer - the 2005 Season schedules have been uploaded for the girls varsity and JV squads, plus the full league schedule for girls' varsity. The site navigation pallette on the left reflects these changes.

We also have updated the 2004 and 2003 season summary pages, and have the template in place for the 2005 roster. While that roster says "Projected Varsity," nothing is written in stone. Returning Varsity players still need to make the top cut on skills and fitness and newcomers may be able to beat someone out.

Just for those who dwell on the math, 14 of 2004's 16 regular Varsity players return in 2005. Two (Heryford and Klimek) were All State honorees in '04. Two more (Hanscom and Giardina) will be seniors who've been regular starters every season they've been in high school. Beyond that, things are up in the air. 2004 saw a large group of freshmen starting. It also saw the departure of 4 year starter, league player of the year, and 1st team All State selection Jaclyn Unruh along with 4 year Varisty defensive mid, Robyn Singleton.

Three girls on the 2004 JV roster made appearances with the Varsity and several incoming freshman have club credentials that make them immediate contenders for roster spots. The 2005 edition of Lady Pirate soccer will likely carry 18 on the Varsity.
