OK. The REAL fun of being part of a sport is raising money!!.. wait.. uh..

Well, despite the potential drag that raising money can be, we usually have some cool options. Here is the lowdown on fundraising opportunities for the 2005 season.

Bulbs - Stephanie Watkins puts together catalog and order form stuff, you sell bulbs to people in your neighborhood, 70% of the funds stay with the program, split between the individual seller and the team. Steph will have that ready to go very soon. You could earn your camp fees that way, you could pay for your shorts and socks... you could do both!

D&S Harley Davidson - D&S does events from time to time and asks us to help staff concessions booths - soda, popcorn, raffle, etc... and in return, they donate chunks of money to us. Event One is on July 16 (a Saturday), Event Two is on September 11 (a Sunday). I will need a serious head count of who would be willing to do those, so we can adequately staff them and TELL D&S that we can, early enough for them to know if they need to invite any other groups to help.
