14 minute Maple Candy

Candy Jar


Ingredients:
4 cups maple syrup
1 cup cream
1/4 cup butter
1 cup nut meats, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions:
Cook the maple syrup, cream, and butter for nine minutes after the boiling point is reached.

Remove from heat, add the nut meats and extract and stir for five minutes. Pour into buttered pans and when cool, cut into squares.
