A 50% deposit is due one week from your reservation. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival, please mark your calendar and send in your final payment so it arrives at least 4 weeks before your first night at Costa Bonita, Condominium & Beach Resort.

If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the weekly rental amount must be paid in full at the time of booking. Here is additional information about our guest policies and services:

REFUND POLICY: The rental adminstration will be happy to refund your payment, less a 15% service charge per suite, if they are notified four weeks in advance of a cancellation or change. Shorter notice will result in the suite rate being charged for the entire visit, if not fully re-rented. A refund check will be sent within 30 days of your notification to us.

WHAT TO BRING: Current passport or birth certificate (in order to secure a Tourist Card at the airport), U.S. dollars or traveler's checks, sunscreen and a hat for the tropics. It's that simple.

TAXI SERVICE: Taxis are available outside the Mazatlan airport terminal. Tell the driver Costa Bonita, and using the directions below, the driver will take you directly to Costa Bonita. The fare is approximately $28-$30.

CAR RENTAL: It is best to pre-book car rentals before arrival. Costa Bonita does provide parking spaces for rental cars.

DIRECTIONS: Costa Bonita is located in Mazatlan Golden Zone, north of Marina Mazatlan, approximately 35 minutes north of the Mazatlan airport, on Sabalo-Cerritos Blvd. N° 7500.

CHECK-IN: Please check-in at Costa Bonita, Condominium & Beach Resort between 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m., (check-out time is 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.). If you are arriving after hours, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can make special arrangements for your arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING: The housekeeping staff will do light cleaning in your suite (sweep, empty trash, clean the bathroom, kitchen areas and replace towels as needed) between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Bed linens are changed approximately every four days.

GROCERIES: There is a mini market where common items can be purchase located at the Costa Bonita. If you are planning an extended stay at Costa Bonita, Condominium & Beach Resort, consider a trip to Sam's Club, Comercial Mexicana or Gigante, the largest supermarkets in Mazatlan. 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES: Sharp Hospital is about 15 minutes south.

NO PETS: Renters are not allowed to bring their pets, thank you for observing this policy.

GRATUITIES: Gratuities for Costa Bonita, Condominium & Beach Resort staff (maids, laundress, houseman, concierge, etc.) are greatly appreciated.
