Leia is on the remote planet Gyndine evacuating refugees. She finds Droma's relatives and Wurth Skidder. The Yuuzhan Vong were attacking with fire breathers. She was forced to leave some of Droma's relatives behind on the escape.
The transport ship jumped to hyperspace. A drop ship landed on Gyndine with a living creature forcing residents to a corner. Wurth Skidder rushes in.
The Falcon is painted matte black. Han is heading for Sriluur. Admirral Sovv and General A'baht discuss a plan of luring the Yuuzhan Vong to attack Corellia to use Centerpoint Station to prevent Vong ships from jumping to hyperspace.
Malik Carr and Nom Anor meet with Borga Hutt. They disclose Tynna, Bothawui and Corellia as next targets. Hutts will play the Yuuzhan Vong against the New Republic.
Leia is denied access to leave refugees on Ralltiir and Rhinnal, but will try Ruan. She tells Han about Droma's clanmates. Anakin will go to Corellia to help enable Centerpoint Station. Skidder meets Roa and Fasgo aboard Creche -a Yuuzhan Vong ship.
Talan Karrde enlists the Jedi to help meet with spice smugglers to determine if the Hutts have the Yuuzhan Vong's next target information.
The Ryn arrive on Ruan and are treated as lower class. They find they must work for Salliche Ag to work their way off Ruan. Skidder is chosen by yammosk aboard the Yuuzhan Vong ship.
Leia goes to Hapes and addresses the Consortium. Archon Thane debates with Leia. Isolder steps in to defend her honor.
Han and Droma encounter Yuuzhan Vong in Hutt space and outrun coral skippers. Falcon is damaged. Commodore Brand goes to Senator Viqi Shesh in hopes of securing her votes. She says she will let the plan slip to the Hutts to get information to Yuuzhan Vong.
Karrde meets with smugglers and finds Borga Hutt is playing both sides. Hutts meet with Yuuzhan Vong and tell them that Ryn are highly prized by Hutts.
Thane and Isolder duel. Thane loses and throws his support to the New Republic as promised.
The Ryn agreed to forge permits to relocate refugees from Ruan. Han and Droma have Facon fixed. They hear of a deal transporting refugees for Yuuzhan Vong. They ship refugees to the next target. The next one is Ruan.
Skidder will use Ryn and yammosk to get Chine-Kal and Randa Hutt to turn on each other. Viqi Shesh meets with Golga Hutt and tells him they want Vong to attack Corellia and there will be a surprise in store.
The Ryn turned over forged documents to Tall and Short and celebrated. Skidder's plan with the yammosk failed. The yammosk told Chine-Kal that Skidder was a Jedi. Chine-Kal said that Skidder would be a gift to Warmaster Tsavong Lah, the future governor of Coruscant.
Supreme Commander Choka warns Nom Anor of his ambitions and voices the court's opinion that he has strayed from his assingments. Nom Anor does not accept blame for fouling the 'Elan scheme', but says he will overtake the the core worlds using Hutts.
Kalenda, Showolter and Karrde watch Yuuzhan Vong destroy Tynna. Vong saw spies watching as they overtook Tynna. The have informaton also of Viqi Shesh saying that Corellia is a trap.
Commodore Brand met with the Advisory Council. The council played into Brand's command with Shesh throwing her vote to protect Bothawui leaving Corellia unprotected.
Hapes votes to side with the New Republic. Leia sees a vision of a world being destroyed. She agrees to travel to Courscnat with Isolder. Han and Droma reach Ruan and find Facility 17 -where Ryn are held. Droma is arrested for forgery of official documents.
Choka tells Borga to resume shipping to Bothawui system. Borga informs Choka of Skidder being aboard Chine-Kal's ship. Chine-Kal is angry with Randa for telling Borga about the Jedi. Randa begs for Skidder's hlkp to save him.
The droid Baffle helps Han in determining where the Ryn are headed and where Droma is being held. The droids fear being deactivated and handed over to the Vong for sacrifice. They will assist Han in freeing Droma if Han disables the tranceiver that controls the droids.
Karrde meets with Kyp and tells him of Skidder's whereabouts- Kalarbe. Anakin and Jacen are on their way to Centerpoint via Marcha and Ebrihim's place. They have conflicting discussions about Centerpoint Station.
Han, posing as an inspector, freed Droma and went and shut down tranceiver. Droma locked Bow- Hans escort, in closet of droids. The droids were freed. Bow and others chased Han and Droma. They shut down the gates and made it strom to flood them Han and Droma out.
Anakin and Jacen meet Thracken Sal Solo, Han's cousin, at Centerpoint. The system responded to Anakins touch and became armed and capable of fighting. Commenor sent word that the Yuuzhan Vong were on their way. Isolder and Leia arrive on Coruscant and are briefed by Brand.
Han and Droma are rescued by Baffle and told that the Ryn are going to Fondor aboard the Trevee. Kyps' dozen attacked Creche and Chine-Kal's ship. They jump and fly to Fondor. Nom Anor and Choka are aware and they advance attack. The Ryn are surpised they are landing on Fondor.
Han and Droma track Trevee and run into Kyp and fleet. The Yuuzhan Vong attack Fondor. Brand informs Leia and Isolder of the attack. Dovin Basals are lined up between Bothawui and Fondor. Isolder offers his fleet.
Kyp and Ganner board the Yuuzhan Vong ship and find captives who tell them where Skidder is. The Ryn see the Trevee returning to Fondor. Anakin wrestles with Jacen over whether to use Centerpoint to strike at Fondor.
Ganner and Kyp find Wurth Skidder. They kill the yammosk. Droma is flying the Trevee with Ruan regurees. The Falcon rescues Randa and captives. They leave Skidder. Han is runited with Roa. Thracken Sal Solo shoves Anakin aside and strikes the repulsor beam from Centerpoint destroying 3/4 of the Hapan fleet and 1/2 of the Yuuzhan Vong and sends the Falcon spinning. Chine-Kal dies on the dying ship. Nas Choka will settle with the Hutts.
Viqi Shesh is questioned by the Senate Justice Council. Leia says goodbye to Isolder as he returns to Hapes. At Coruscant, Anakin and Jacen discuss Centerpoint and defensive vs. offensive actions. Thracken Sal Solo is regarded a hero in the news. Karrde goes to apologize to Luke for being misled by Hutts. Han speaks to Leia from Abregado-rae. The Vong have set up a blockade in Hutt space. Shesh has a visitor called Pedric Cuf-a vague discussion and inferrence that he is a Yuuzhan Vong.
