Mara Skywalker and Jaina Solo are suppose to pick up Jedi sisters Alema and Numa as they try to escape a system abord a passenger frieghter. The Vong arrive with a voxyn. A voxyn is a creature that can track or hunt Jedi. Numa is killed by it as they try to get off the ship in an escape pod. Alema is able to escape. The crew of the ship is killed for denying that Jedi were aboard.
Han and Liea are at the Bilbringi Shipyards trying to get some ships for refugees. While there Nom Anor is allowed to land and talk with Liea. Nom tells Liea that the Vong want the Jedi to surrender or the Vong will kill all of the people on Talfaflio.
We find out that the Jedi have a program called Eclispe. Eclispe is a hideout that the Jedi are using to develop counter measures for the Vong attacks.
Luke knows that Alema will turn to the dark side because of the loss of her sister Numa. He just does not know when or for how long.
Nom Anor was allowed to leave Bilbringi. He reports back to Warmaster Tsavong Lah who has Vergere as his aide.
Han and Liea are waiting around at a spaceport waiting for Booster to arrive. Instead they follow the Sweet Surprise to Coruscant based on a smuggling offer Han was offered. It turns out Sweet Surprise was smuggling 4 of the voxyn to Coruscant. Liea is able to kill 2 of the voxyn but in nearly killed. The voxyn have a loud deafening screech and can belch acid among other nasty things.
Kyp is still off doing his own thing with his squadron. Won't join with Luke. Jedi Saba has a squadron of fighters called the Wild Knights. They have interesting flying techniques. Saba is at Eclipse and feels her Master Eelysa die on Corella, assumption is voxyn got her.
Liea and Jacen Solo go before the New Republic Military Oversite Committee (NRMOC) to request help for Talfaglio. Borsk stalls them.
Senator Viqi Shesh is on the NRMOC and reports everything to Warmaster Tsavong Lah.
The Jedi have come up with a theory that the voxyn are all clones of the same creature.
Anakin, Jaina, and the Wild Knights go looking to capture voxyn to prove the theory. As they get ready to attack, Kyp and his squadron show up and attack. It was a Vong trap, but together the two groups destroy all of the Vong.
Nom Anor addresses the full Senate. Borsk does well in the game of words that takes place.
Senator Viqi Shesh wants Borsk killed so she can be Chief of State. She asks Tsavong Lah to provide the assassins.
Lando has developed Yuuzhan Vong Hunter battle droids. During the demo of YVH-1 for the New Republic military leaders and Borsk, YVH-1 detechs the Vong assassins and prevents the assassination even though its real weapons were disabled for saftey purposes in the demo. YVH-1 can handle Vong with no problem... super kick butt weapon.
The Jedi confirm that voxyn are clone of one creature that is most likely on or near Myrkr. Anakin will be leading a strike team of Jedi to Myrkr to destroy the "queen."
The Strike Team is preping for the mission. Anakin, Jaina, Jacen, Tenal Ka, Lowbacca, Alema Rar , Raynar Thul, Ganner, Tahiri, Ulaha Kore, Zekk, Eryl Besa, Jovan Drark, Tesar Sebatyne, Bela Hara, Krasov Hara , and Tekli make up the 17 member team. The team will also have two YVH go with them.
Danni is flying with the Wild Knights trying to get readings of Yummosk War Coordinator.
Tsavong Lah is going to fake an attack becuase the signs from the gods show him that he can not win that battle.
Lando is the "fake" Peace Brigade person the Jedi use to turn over the strike team to the Vong. Ulaha Kore is injured during the strike team's planned fake escape attempt.
Nom Anor addresses the Senate again. Borsk has him arrested, however Nom Anor escapes by gasing the entire Senate. Corran Horn is going to return to the Jedi.
Danni is with the Wild Knights recording the Yummosk during the Vong fake attack on Arkania.
Nom Anor returns to Tsavong Lah and Vergere. During Nom's address to the Senate he learned that Jaina and Jacen were twins. The Vong plan to make them dual as twins hold important religious meanings to the Vong.
The Vong have a voxyn on board the ship holding the strike team. They are trying to break all of the jedi, but really focusing on injured Ulaha. Jaina is the one that is broken though as she can't stand to watch. All of the Jedi join together to help Ulaha kill the voxyn being used to break them.
Kyp Durron hooks back up with Eclipse and agrees to do what Luke tells him to do. Lando also returns to Eclipse with first hand account of how the strike team was put in Vong hands. Everyone is now on Eclispe for the most part.
The YVH droids that had been latched on the outside of the Vong ship are activated by Anakin and free the jedi. The jedi get their lightsabers back from the droids and take over the ship.
Tsavong Lah sends both Vergere and Nom Anor to Mrkkr to stop the Jedi strike force. They must succeed or fail together.
The Jedi strike team is still hunting down some voxyn on the ship they captured. They arrive at Mrkkr.
The strike team makes it to the Vong worldship orbitting Mrkkr. They face heavy resistence fighting their way onto the worldship. Ulaha dies and the Z1-S droid is destroyed during the fight.
The strike team goes out of their way to find some force sensitive beings. They turn out to be two Dark Jedi the Vong have been using to train the voxyn. Nom Anor and Vergere arrive at the worldship.
Luke leds every single Jedi you can think of as well as every main character into a battle against the Vong in order to save the Talfaglio refugees. The Vong force is complety destroyed.
Tsavong Lah learns of the total defeat. He was expecting it and waiting for it. Now he will put in place the main plan that had been waiting for this.
The strike team is on world ship battling voxyn and Vong and is holding their own at this point.
Luke reports to the Senate. Viqi Shesh tries to turn Senate against the Jedi but Borsk blocks the attempt.
Tsavong Lah is having a Pincher Arm installed as a sacrific to the gods. The Vong are attacking Borleias.
Lobacca is swarmed by biting nats while getting supplies out of an AT-AT that the Vong have as part of their voxyn training area. Lobacca swells up and blacks out. Rest of Jedi get him free.
Booster leads the Errant Venture past the Eclipse chased by Vong. They had been at Reecee when it was attacked and communication jammed by the Vong. All of the remaining NR force at Reecee boarded the Venture. The Eclipse squadrons kill off the Vong attacking the Venture.
Viqi Shesh plants a Vong listening bug in the Solo's apartment by tossing it on C-3P0 outside of the apartment.
Eryl Besa is killed, strike team down to 15. Jovan Drark is hurt and dying. Anakin is hurt badly from a stomache wound. Strike team is getting close to the queen voxyn.
Han and Liea are investigating smuggler corridor between Coruscant and Reecee. They find 1000s of Vong ships massing for an attack. They are able to get the New Republic fleet to make a surprise attack.
The strike team is not doing so good any more. Bela Hara is now dead as well as Jovan leaving the team with only 13 Jedi. Anakin's spleen was ruptured and he is not doing well.
Tsavong Lah's new arm is not doing well because of infection. The New Republic fleet has a total victory at the surprise attack in smuggler corridor.
The strike team countinues to be beaten up. Krasov Hara is killed leaving 12 team members.
The remaining members of the strike force plug on after the queen.
Viqi Shesh and her Vong buddies are stopped trying to kidnap Ben Skywalker from the Solo's apartment. They had found the planted bug that was also to be used to knock out everyone in the apartment.
The Dark Jedi Lomi and Welk steal the Tachyon Flier that the strike team had captured and was going to escape in. The Dark Jedi had been fighting along side Jedi up to that point. Raynar Thul is on ship when it is stolen because he was too injuryed to continue on.
Anakin is able to destroy a bag of queen voxyn tissue that Nom Anor was sneaking out. Anakin DIES while stopping Nom Anor. That leaves 11 team members alive with 1 out of the action on the Tachyon Flier.
Luke and Liea feel Anakin die. They don't handle it so well.
The Vong are building another fleet as it marches towards Coruscant. The Eclispe Jedi and New Republic fleets attack it before it can get to Coruscant. The Vong are using refugee ships as shields in the front of their fleet.
Jaina is mad at Jacen for making her leave Anakin's body behind. Jaina is going after the body and Jacen goes after the queen.
The New Republic military is devided on if they should be attacking through the refugee shield. Borsk calls Liea to have her help him get the military on the same page... she won't take the call. Eclispe comes under attack and the remain Jedi have to escape.
Coruscant's shields are failing under the Vong attack. Han and Liea are trying to get Ben Skywalker off of Coruscant.
Jaine uses the dark side to retrieve Anakin's body from Vong. Her group takes control of a Vong shuttle.
The remaining strike force is still trying to get the queen voxyn. Nom Anor is still alive. He escaped from Anakin's last effort but without the voxyn tissue. Jaina is flying the shuttle and attacking Nom Anor and Vergere's position.
Viqi Shesh attacks the Solo's while they are trying to reach the Falcon. Viqi gets away again. Han and Leia are seperated from C-3P0 and Ben during the confusion. Viqi had the Falcon disabled.
C-3P0 and Ben are pushed onto a refugee transport by the mob. Han and Leia inform Luke and Mara of this. Luke and Mara attempt to get to the ship once it reaches space. They are not able to and crash land on Coruscant.
Lando and some of his droids are able to make it to the ship Ben is on. C-3P0 saves Ben from Viqi Shesh and the Vong with her. Lando's droids clean out the rest of the Vong on the ship. They all leave in Lando's ship.
Jacen kills the voxyn queen but is captured by Vergere after she helped him kill the queen. The rest of the team gets away. This would only be 9 of the original 17 team members.
Han and Leia make it to Borsk's Chief of State headquarters to get Falcon repared. Liea does speak to all military telling them to continue to fight to the last breath. Vong have inflitrated Borsk's private security detail but Liea notices and takes them out. She convince's Borsk to destroy the data towers so the Vong will not get the information.
Han and Liea depart and rescue Mara and Luke on the way. Borsk blows himself and a bunch of Vong up in a last ditch effort to take out the Vong.
Luke, Mara, Han, Liea, R2-D2, C-3P0, Lando, and some others escape Coruscant via the Errant Venture. Their escape is helped by the new weapon Danni and Cighali made that jams the Yammosk war cordinator.
Coruscant is now held by the Vong, not clear how much of NR fleet was able to retreat.
Jaina is free in enemy territorry with rest of strike team aboard the stolen ship.
Jacen is Vong captive of Nom Anor and Vergere.
