Got too much spam in your email?
That's cause you entered in your email account to sites
that sell it to spammers. Instead use the trick from www.privacy.net
just give the email "me@privacy.net" if it's already taken just 
type me937578347859@privacy.net, me with some random number. 
This'll give the server a reply every time the try to spam. 
Basically, spam the spammer when the spammer tries to spam.

Annoying website in your system that keeps popping up?
1. Run adaware.
2. Go to your internet options.
3. Make sure your homepage is what you want it to be, if not change it.
4. Clear all temporary internet files cookies and history.
5. Set privacy to medium or high.
6. Go to your windows folder and delete all the junk in the TEMP folder and
the windows update folder.
7. Delete any unwanted offline webpages in the windows directory.
8. Delete any unwanted tasks in the task folder in the windows directory.
9. Delete your unwanted or unknown downloaded program files in the windows directory.
10. Search your program files, C:\, and windows directory for anything you might
have deleted but is still there.
11. Go to your control panel, click add and remove programs and clear all the junk
you don't need or don't trust.
12. Scan for viruses.
13. Use startup cop and clear out the junk you have on startup. Leave Explorer and systray.
Leave any system file. Be sure to search to see what the program is before
you remove it from startup. 
14. If all else fails... go to start->run->type "regedit" and check out your registry.
If you see something of familiar name that you have completely deleted and don't want
delete it from registry.


If ALL the above fail, sorry your screwed, reinstall windos.
