It has been a while since I have done an update. The car has been running very well. I have been running 14lbs of
boost for a while now. I took it to The Greatlakes Dragway about a month ago, I ran a 14.9 @ 92mph. That was with all
my tools and parts still in the car and with some real cheap aquatread radials.
I have been working on an extra injector controller that runs off the O2 sensor. I now have it installed in my car,
along with the 5th and 6th injectors. The controller works really well, if you want more on this,
go here.
Things that I have done lately:
repacked rear bearings(looked like it was the first time in 186,000 miles)
replaced passenger side emergency brake cable
freed e-brake components on both sides
replaced e-brake shoes(passenger side froze up and burned into nothing, happened before I got it)
replaced fuel filter
installed a dual pilar pod, with egt and autometer boost gauge
installed switch panel with indicator LEDs for 5th and 6th injector override switches and manual radiator fan switch
Things purchased, but not yet installed:
walbro 255 fuel pump
20+ injectors
Steve Ander's solid bobble strut
volvo intercooler and hoses
volvo oil cooler
Projects in the works
Making a custom adjustable fuel pressure regulator and rising rate regulator, like
