This is my 89 Shelby. I found this car in Duluth, MN in Aug of 2001. It was in rough shape. The body is pretty beat up. I bought it for parts, but I could not resist fixing it. It had a blown head gasket and needed to be cleaned up. I replaced the head gasket and started to drive it. It ran good and the AC even worked. I drove it for about two months and had it boosting to 16 lbs. I installed a 5th injector and K&N cone filter. The car was nick named "Mad Maxx" by the people who rode in it with me. Then one day on my way home it started to feel mushy and started knocking, needless to say it got parked. The #1 rod bearing spun. That was a sad day.
