My name is Willard Mitchell , I have lived in Russellville for twenty-nine years. I graduated from Russellville High School after which I graduated from a four year lineman apprenticeship school, top of my class. For thirteen years I have been employed by the Russellville

Electric Board. I am a Certified Power Supervisor through TVPPA. My parents are Charles and Ruth Mitchell of Russellville. My wife, Donna (Crews) Mitchell, and I have been married for twenty-two years. Her parents are Billy and Peggy Crews also of Russellville. We have two children, Kristen and Ryan.  I have been actively involved in my children’s extracurricular activities including being a band parent, little league baseball coach, and working on various building projects to enhance the school facilities.
