Baird Bash 2011

Baird Bash 2011
is scheduled for Saturday, Sep. 3., 2011,
at
Token Creek Park,
Shelter # 1, Madison, Wisconsin.
The shelter is reserved from 10 am until 9:30 pm. See below for maps and directions.
The shelter has picnic tables, electricity,
a charcoal grill, and nearby restrooms.
The park also has playground equipment, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball courts,
a baseball field,
hiking trails, and an 18 hole disc golf course ($5 fee to play, 50¢
per disc).
Token Creek
Park also has camping facilities. If you are interested in camping,
you can call the Dane County Parks Department
at 608-246-3896 or click on the
Token Creek Park link above
to reserve a site.

If you are coming from a distance and don't want to drive home or camp out, there are a number of hotels in the area where you can spend the night. Click here for a list of hotels.

Take I-39/90/94 to US 51, exit 132,
Take US 51 North for about a half mile. Token Creek county park is on the right side of the road. Shelter #1 is the first shelter on the right
hand side of the road. It is located back off the road, behind the park office. |

Campsites #11B, 13 and 15 are reserved for Baird Bash 2011. If anyone else would like to camp out at the park, you can reserve a site online here. Remember, even numbered sites CANNOT be reserved in advance and there is a limit of 6 people per site.
