Cathy was asked about a couple of recipes this year. Here they are. If anyone else has a recipe they would like to share send it along and we will add it to the list.

Green/red seedless grapes, enough to cover 9 x 13 pan
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 T sour cream
3/4 c sugar
Dry-roasted/honey-roasted peanuts
Cover 9 x 13 pan with grapes. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese and beat in sugar. Stir in sour cream. Add grapes, stir into mixture to cover, spread into pan. Chop enough peanuts to cover top of mixture (add just prior to serving).

2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Yield: about 3 dozen.

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons vinegar
8 ounce can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
3 to 4 cups diced unpeeled or peeled apples (granny smith or green and red
apples)
1 cup salted peanuts
12 ounces cool whip
In a small saucepan, mix sugar, flour, egg, vinegar, & pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Cut apple in a bowl. Add pineapples & peanuts. Pour sauce over apples, pineapples, & peanuts. Mix in cool whip. Refrigerate.
