I did much of my Sill family research at the Wisconsin State Historical Society. They have a room filled with thousands of genealogies which have been donated throughout the years. While digging through the books I found one that said our ancestor Chloe Barnes was a descendant of a passenger of the Mayflower. I thought that was pretty cool, so I did some more digging. I found genealogies for all of the related families right there at the library. I found that all of the names and dates of the people involved matched up no matter which book I was looking in. Although family genealogies are not considered "primary sources" by "real" genealogists, I felt there was enough evidence presented in these books to consider us actual Mayflower descendants. For reference purposes I am including the names of the books I used to find this information. What follows is our family tree from a slightly different angle, showing us as descendants of Edward Fuller, passenger of the Mayflower.

| Second generation: | Edward Fuller and wife (name unknown) - Came to Plymouth Colony on the Mayflower. Both died the first winter. |
| Third generation: | Matthew Fuller and wife Frances - Did NOT come on the Mayflower. Came to this country in 1640. Nevertheless, we are still descended from his father Edward, who did arrive on the Mayflower. |
