  • ComicsResearch.org: Gene Kannenberg's website includes a bibliography of comics scholarship, a catalog of comics-related dissertations and theses, links to other comics-related pages, and other valuable comic scholarship resources.
  • NACAE: National Association of Comic Art Educators, complete with lesson plans, links to other scholars, and more.
  • IJOCA: The International Journal of Comics Art, edited by John Lent. The only printed journal devoted to comics scholarship.
  • ImageTexT: A new online and refereed academic journal devoted to comics scholarship and run out of the University of Florida.
  • Gallery of Comic Art: I'm obsessed with comic book art and this site is huge. A guaranteed time-waster.

The Red Line: Gaming

  • TPK: The Yahoo Group dedicated to the roleplayers of D U Game in Riverside, California.
  • Eberron: Wizard's home page for the Eberron setting, which I used for a successful tabletop campaign.
  • Crucible City: An online game which I helped create (an original setting superhero RPG using the Mutants & Masterminds system). Y!group
  • Mutants & Masterminds: The home page for the game, including large bulleting boards, a column from the designer, and update files. The only superhero game I play any more.
