Kitchen floor project

We have been planning (for 4 years!) to replace the ratty kitchen floor with a lineoleum leaf inlay. It took a while to find the right technology for cutting out the pieces - lineoleum doesn't laser very well, the bandsaw didn't turn smoothly with the linoleum, knives didn't cut the tough commercial linoleum well enough.

Finally we found the right blades for our scroll saw, adn in a weekend we were able to turn plans into a distinctive floor!
