once apon a time there was a girl named little ultra-violet riding shoe well she wanted to go to her grandma named mortas house and give her a basket full of kiwi so she was walking along and a toad was behind a tree but she didnt know it so she kept going and then the toad asked her where she was going and she told him grandmas house so he took a shortcut to mortas house and when he got there he hid her in a closet and put on her nightgown and cap and glasses and got in her bed and when little ultra-violet riding shoe came in and told the toad what big eyes he has grandma and he told her it was better for seeing her with and she told him what a big nose he has grandma and he told her the better to smell you with and she told him what big teeth he has grandma and he told her the better to eat you with and she screamed and the toad chased her all around the house and a nearby hawk heard and came in and with one dive ate the toad and helped little ultra-violet riding shoe find her grandma and they lived happily ever after and morta and little ultra-violet riding shoe wanted to know why the hawk wouldnt let them eat some of the the toad and i think its gross to eat toads so the hawk didnt let them eat some toad cause he was greedy and if you are greedy people wont like you so dont be greedy or you wont have friends

the end

author's comment: I am greatly bothered by the part of the story where little ultra-violet riding shoe mentions the toad's big teeth, as toads do not have teeth. Obviously, that fact went ignored as I wrote this fairy tale way back when. As difficult as it is for me to leave the story as it is, I feel I must do so out of artistic integrity. When I wrote "little ultra-violet riding shoe," I obviously did not care whether or not toads have teeth, so I will force myself not to care now, as should you. We must all get over it.
