The leader of the Rangers.
He's the chipmunk with the black nose and is often seen wearing his trademark fedora.

Dale



Chip's goofy best friend.
Dale is the chipmunk with the red nose usually in a red and yellow Hawaiian shirt.

Monterey Jack



A cheese crazed Australian mouse who's always ready for a good brawl.

"I just can't help meself. When there's a hint of cheddar in the air, somethin' inside me snaps."

Zipper



Monty's "little pally".
And an often ignored fly.

Gadget Hackwench



Daughter of Monty's old pilot buddy Geegaw.
An inventor and pilot with a "mind bashingly high I.Q." who "gets bored easily".
Some of her inventions don't work quite right at first and some explode.
Though most of her inventions work without any problems (that can't be fixed on the go).
Due to the occasional explosion and more common malfunctions,
the other Rangers have learned to duck or run for cover
when they hear the words "no problems" or the dreaded "should"
come out of dear Gadget's mouth.
