Return Policy

Return for exchange or full refund within 7 days if:
bulletThe size you ordered does not fit. In such cases we cannot guarantee that we have your correct size available, must be within 7 days if purchase and must not be a custom order.
bullet Upon receipt of the item, you find it to be defective, worn or broken, except if such condition(s) is (are) disclosed to you in the description of the item, you may then request an even exchange.
bulletWe ship you the wrong item. We will credit you for your shipping cost to return the item to us.
bulletThe product has a defect or flaw not made by yourself or your horse.  The shipping costs to return the item will not be refunded in this case, nor the shipping that was originally charged on the order.  If the order is a custom order it will be exchanged for identical item only.
bulletAll orders over 7 days will be issued in store credit only.

bulletShip unworn items with all original tags still on clothing to: Kensington Saddlery 5726 Valley View Lane, Klamath Falls, OR 97601.
bulletWe ship items via UPS Ground with signed delivery conformation, but you may return items via any service (UPS, USPS, etc.) that is convenient and cost-effective for you.

No returns or refunds if:

bulletThe item has been damaged or soiled due to your abuse or neglect or show ware marks. This includes damage caused by horses.
bulletThe order is over 7 days old upon receipt.
bulletIn the case of clothing, if the item has been worn, laundered, or dry-cleaned or if original tags have been removed.
bulletYou have not notified us of your desire to return the merchandise within 7 days of your receiving the merchandise; after 14 days, all sales are final.
bullet Your order is custom i.e. boots, saddles, chaps or items we don't normally stock.
bulletItem is a Clearance Item

How refunds are made

You must notify us by phone (541) 885-TACK, e-mail before returning any merchandise. Refunds of original purchase will be made by a credit to your credit card, which will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle.
